What is a ministry?
A ministry is a place where we can serve people and more importantly, to serve God

Having a ministry in the church is a very important aspect and a very important part in our Christian walk
it's where we're discipled, moulded and taught to serve

my ministry in not my destiny.

BUT, your ministry is tied to your destiny.

if God cannot trust you in the ministry you're placed in,
He cannot trust you with the destiny He has for you.

to me, the only way to my fulfill my destiny is through my ministry.

if my ministry is not doing well,
i cannot go ahead to fulfill my destiny.
