went east coast for the whole of yesterday.
it's EVELYN'S BIRTHDAY BBQ!
there was loads of food!!
the fun part was that we stayed overnight until the next morning,
which is this morning.
i cycled alot alot with shihan and now, my shoulders and legs like so..
umm, muscle pain. >.< super pain.

had a great talk with shihan at the bedok jetty there.
i wasnt really that close with her and we didnt talk alot.
but yesterday in the morning around 330am,
we cycled to bedok jetty, sat there, and talked.
nice chat.

shihan, cheryl and me got ready at the beach there,
and looked for a right and pretty spot to watch the sunrise.
we didnt get it. we sat there, taking pictures and crapping,
all the way until 8am.
the sun came out only at 8plus lorr..
i mean the round round shape of the sun that can be seen.
came out only at 8plus when me and cheryl is sending shihan off home.
we still got to see it, only a lil rush. haha.
